Welcome to TrueSkill! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrueSkill's skills assessment platform (the “Service”).

By using TrueSkill, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Important Highlights

    Assessment Integrity: Cheating (using AI tools, getting help) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban
  • ⚠️
    TRS Scores Are Predictive: Readiness scores are one data point, not a complete hiring solution or performance guarantee
  • ⚠️
    Employment Law Compliance: Hiring managers must comply with EEOC, ADA, GDPR, and applicable employment laws
  • ⚠️
    Arbitration Agreement: US users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration (you can opt out within 30 days)
  • ⚠️
    Early Access Product: TrueSkill is in MVP/beta - features and pricing may change with notice

Your Rights:

  • Use TrueSkill for legitimate hiring/assessment purposes
  • Access your data and request deletion
  • Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial periods)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Don't cheat on assessments (candidates)
  • Comply with employment laws (hiring managers)
  • Keep your account secure
  • Don't abuse the platform

Our Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Service (best effort, no guarantees)
  • Protect your data (see Privacy Policy)
  • Give 30 days' notice for major changes

Key Limitations:

  • We're not liable for bad hiring decisions
  • Service provided “as-is” with no warranties
  • Disputes go to arbitration (US users, can opt out)
  • Liability capped at amount you paid in last 12 months
